Does anyone know anything about this or has done it?

I really need to try and sort it out as I will lose over £500 for not being able to work due last week and the coming week but I do not know where to start.

Thank you.

Hi I claimed incapacity benefit for a while, you need a doctors certificate and you need to contact your local job centre to ask who to talk to. You should be able to get it there are a couple of guidelines for qualifying but can't remember them off the top of my head. Hope you are doing ok ((hugs))

Call Jobcentre Plus - you will need to get a form and docs certificate. Also, if you go on their website it tells you about it. xx

Thank you. Will call the jobcentreplus on Monday and see what they say.

Do you know, would I get a doctors note from my doctors, or from the EPU who have seen me?

Get one from your dr and make sure you get them to check you over at the same time. When I went through what you are at the moment my certificates all came from the dr.
