morning all! hoping to get to local paddling pool today for splash around in the sun! better than being in a over hot toddler group me thinks!

That splash about sounds LOVELY.....which one do you go to? Our local one is California Country Park but I have no mindees to take now (may take ds after school if it's still open though )

hi looney, we are very lucky to have one in walking distance. it's at great holland recreation ground. it has park, cafe/shop and the pool, only small not as big as california but its open now! it'd be fab to meet up if you feel up to it before bump arrives!

Oh, never knew there was one there. My sister lived in Great Hollands (before Hanworth) but was only there for a short time.

Yes, would be nice to meet up before I pop although it's fitting it in that may be the problem. I'm already full of plans for this week but I haven't made any plans for next week (unless baby comes early). Where would be good to meet up?

don't mind where to meet looney, you decide as you're the one needing to be around home etc! monday morning is good for me, dd starts school at 11.30 so could be before then? shall i email you?

WOW! It's been hot today! Went to drop in this morning (which was good for mindee as hayfever was bad this morning). then went to dd's friends after preschool and had lunch and then they played in the garden, in the paddling pool and trampoline etc. Was lovely but very hot!

I know I shouldn't say this, but I've really had enough of one of my mindees. I am finding every time I have to work with said mindee that I am not enjoying my job one single bit. Notice has been given so not too long now! Sorry for rant, but had a bad day with it today
