CM CLUB - What do you call your mindee's?

I'm writing an update for my website, I can't think of another word to use?

As in ...

My mindee's parents helped me to raise xx for xxx charity

What else could I say?

charges?

I use mindees

the children's parents ???

V impressed with website [luddite] updaters.

I say 'the children in my care' - bit long winded, quite like mindees and charges.

(Atually I do call them 'tinies' and 'after-schoolie' casually)

charges sounds too formal? childrens parents could confuse?

Maybe I've been mntting too long, only ever known them refered to as mindee's because I came on here researching a long time before I started cm-ing

Mindees sounds like an affection term for children I look after without it taking too long to explain ykwim? Just not sure about using it on the website

Did the children help raise money?

If so, could avoid the issue with what to call them and say:

The children and their parents helped me to raise xx for xx charity.

"My minded children's parents"..a mouth full though

I'm using a newspaper clipping and so thought i'd put.......

Something like this instead?

Here we are in xxxx Park doing our bit for xxx charity, {name of my business XXX} helped to raise over £XXX xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which all the children enjoyed taking part in! Thank you to everyone who helped and supported us!

Thanks PC - just waiting for dp to come and upload it all so it can go live it's been far too long since I properly updated it.

{lmg polishes halo} all my accounts/ paperwork are up to date and toys all sorted and website done I even touched up paint work round the house and gave everything a deep clean - i'm too good...... I definitely earnt my half pay while I had a week off!
