Splitting the 30 hours, can anyone shed some light

My little boy is 4 and I currently split the 30 free childcare hours we get over a preschool (13hours) childminder (15 hours) these are not stretched and only cover term time and just pay extra for school holidays.
I was thinking about putting him in preschool for another day, so taking that up to 19.5 hours which would then leave 10 hours left for the childminder.
I realise they are usually split into two lots of 15 hours universal and extended. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the preschool will be able to claim 19.5 hours or are they limited to 15?
Sorry but I’m struggling to find a definitive answer, any help appreciated!

preschool manager here - yes you can do any split basically. We have lots of families that do more than 15 hours and claim others elsewhere.
