Hi Everyone

I need to attend more training courses as I have not done anything since I registered.
Can anyone recommend courses to attend and how to get onto them? (Tonbridge, Kent)

I was graded good last time and would love to get outstanding next time.

Thanks

Have you called or emailed kent CIS? That would be my first starting point.
My local county council sends out a training directory, which lists courses.

Try your EYDCP, there's a listing for Kent here www.playworksoutheast.org.uk/playwork_trainers/contacts/eydcp/

Ours in Cambridge sends out a training schedule regularly which includes training for childminders and other settings. Also my Development Worker emails reminders about suppoprt sessions and workshops from time to time.

Highly recommend Makaton Signs & Symbols, if you get the chance.

I would suggest doing some EYFS training. Contact your local CIS for info.
