I was a career nanny in my 20s ..and early 30s

Im preg - due early next year

Might nanny with my own child in 2027

Would love to hear from other nannies who nanny with thelr own child

Did you find your jobs privately or with agency ?

How did you negotiate hourly rate or salary. Re bringing own child

I take my little boy to work with me.
at first I was offering discount but then decided not too as I need to earn a certain amount and they’re still getting a very experienced nanny. I now work for a lovely family for the standard hourly wage in my area.

And I found all jobs privately as a lot of agencies won’t accept you with your own child
