Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Applied for my second daughter and got the funded hours accepted immediately (she doesn't even qualify until Jan) but the tax free element hasn't gone through yet - I've got a letter saying it's being considered and I'll hear within 7 days. It's been 7 days, I call up and suddenly it's 7 working days.
I'm wondering if the application is stuck as the system thinks it's approved both? Has anyone else actually heard after 7 days or do I need to go through the faff of calling them again? FWIW I'm within 31 days of returning to work/ all info is correct etc.
