Friday Staff Room - Yipee!!

Good morning all!

I'm just anxiously waiting for new baby mindee to arrive this morning! I'm sure it will be fine, and I am looking forward to it, but just a little apprehensive in case baby does not settle very well as is quite clingy at the moment!

Not sure what we are going to do today, just play it by ear! Only me and mindee til later this afternoon so lots of one to one time on first day!

morning Belle..hope your new mindee settle nicely..we're off to little park just down road, got 1 x 2yr old, 1 x 3yr old , 1 x 4yr old, 1 x 6 yr old and dd today!..my quite big playrrom feels decidedly small and once again I am intruding while they play, so off out..plus 3yr old mindee is boy all reast are girls and i think theres only so mlong he can play with the bratz dlls with them...hope you all have nice day

I am closed on Fridays, so just me and my boys today.

They are loafing about watching CBBC- end of a busy half-term.

having a quick breather!

been to park with all 5 of them, lots of funa nd space to let off steam..back here for lunch now youngest mindee is sleeping and dd and 3 others have big sheets of backing paper and are being artisitic..got to meet one of the dads near school to pick his dd up later(dont ask!) and collect one of my other after schoolys from her aunties straight after as shes missing us and mm asked if she could come round for few hours..busy but nice day..and..................ITS FRIDAY!

Dull and grey here today and last day of half term. No mindees today just DD to entertain.

Belle - how was new baby mindee?
PC - it's nice to know that mindees do miss you.
Boys - enjoy the rest of the day.
Mo - chips for lunch yummy, DD and I had some too sausage and chips £1 lunchtime special.

well its friday night..last mindee to go home tonight, mum collected instead of dad(not together) and said that her dd was being christened soon (i was half expecting her to ask me to look after her dd overnight as this is what happend whn i thought i was getting invited to engagement party of other mindees parents), it was going to be just family, very small affiar and they would love it if we could come..said that was so lovely and we would love to come(before she even told me date)..dont know any of family apart from mum and dad and stepdad, but will be a llovely thing to be part of...me only being the hired help

right off for bath now, massive headache everytime i cough..need to get final draft of kitchen done with dp, then hoping to choose new one this weekend!
