House move collapsed - SW14 childcare needed from end July

So... we're still hoping to move to Beaconsfield, but our buyers have pulled out and I go back to work at the end of July...

Any suggestions for childcare Monday and Tuesday for our son who will have just turned one? We're in East Sheen...

I'm keen to keep DS to his 8pm bedtime (meaning that he sleeps until around 8am-ish and has dad time in the evening), so flexible morning options would be handy.

What are your work hours? If the days aren't too long, a childminder would probably work out cheaper and more flexible in terms of pending move. It's much less hassle to end a childminder contract if the house move comes through than it is to make an employee redundant.

If you're looking for childminders you could try Little Monkeys (Grosvenor Avenue) - they have quite a few kids (it's a husband and wife team) so they might be able to just do a couple of days care and don't have a fixed drop off time. Most of the nurseries locally seem to have long waiting lists tho' apparently Working Mums is just opening up a new branch on Upper Richmond Road (near Waitrose) so might be worth a try

Will try suggestions and thanks for the offer, Croydon Nanny, but I'm going to go down the day care route as the hours should be short due to a willing aunt and grandmother.
