cm club confused about ofsted :S

Ok Im a new childminder and iv had the the inspection were ofsted come 2 see if you are a sutable person ,but about 2 months ago i got a call saying the some one from ofsted was coming out 2 see me so I got everything sorted for the 2 days that thay might of come but got a call the day be for saying that sonthing had come up and she was canceling both dates so does anyone think thay will inspect me be for everything changes or shall i keep renewing the libary books i borrowed thanks x

Changes are not until September, so I would expect inspections prior to that to be under the existing National Standards. You should be meeting requirements of the National Standards, while working towards meeting requirements of EYFS.

When you say a New Childminder, how new do you mean? Sounds as though you may have had your pre-reg inspection, but not the followup inspection. If so, then you have your registration certificate and have now started caring for children. Is that right?

yes thats right got everything ready for when ofsted come and see you with children only got certificate in january and finished the finished the childminding course in september
