Holidays - how many days does your part-time nanny get?

Is it still 4 weeks? I think it changed. If I work 4 days a week, should I get 16 days, or more?

can be bothered to change my name back, but yes it changed, here, now 4.8 weeks although that can include bank holidays so if you get those paid as well, you might still be fine.

Thanks. I don't work Mondays so there aren't many bank holidays that fall on my working days. Will have to negotiate with my boss.
