Hi I've just joined mumsnet and am hoping to find a wonderful childminder or nanny share for 3 days a week. I have two girls - 2 yrs old and 8 yrs old. My main concern is finding someone to look after my 2 yr old. It would be great if they could also pick up my 8 yr old from school until I get home but I can probably manage with after school clubs/friends etc if this wasn't possible.
