Look for a Network childminder at your local childlink and many record in details their OFSTED Grade (OUTSTANDING; Good; SATUSIFACTORY or Poor)
www.childcarelink.gov.uk/index.asp
Get "settling in" and your baby happy at the childminders for 2 months before with at least 1 and 2 hour visits just for you to play there with baby and baby get used to the environment and CM and other children and the NOISE ! Feed baby lunch there a couple of times the two weeks before works starts and from the second month work up to short days so that the two weeks before baby is at CM for the days your working or at least 2 days from 10am to 4pm. This means your baby will not b e UPSET and SOBBING FOR YOU in A STRANGE PLACE with STRANGERS !
