Payments from childcare account

Hi all,

Having a bit of a panic! Can anyone help?

My money has gone from my bank account into my childcare account. I made a payment to go out on Monday but cancelled it as it was the wrong amount. I then changed it to the correct amount. However, I logged out and back in again and now my account is saying 0 funds! Now I'm worried my money has gone somewhere and I can't replace it!

Help!

Can you see on the transactions?

@fuzzychic... I can see that my.money from my.bank account has gone into the childcare account in the transactions but I can't see the payment I have made to.go out on 30th december on there...I'm hoping that it's pending and that's why it's showing as 0?

Have you looked in "View upcoming payments" in your banking app?
Mine, Halifax, is in the three dots (More).
It shows what is due to be paid or what's pending

The money has already left my account and it is showing as a transaction in my childcare account that it has gone in.
