So I stupidly failed the 3 security questions that occasionally pop up for my childcare account. I know my answers were “correct” but must have been a word off eg. adding “Grammar” to the name of my school.
I can log in with my username and password but when I try to do anything, it tells me my security check was unsuccessful and to contact the helpline (without supplying a suggested number -helpful!).
Planning to phone tomorrow but wondering if anyone can shed light on the process? I now have £800 sitting in an account that I can’t use. Nursery obviously have their own bills to pay so I’m going to have to try to find an additional £800 somewhere (??) to pay them if I can’t get this resolved asap. If I knew I’d have access to the money in a week, I’m hoping they’d give me an extension as I’ve never missed a payment before. I’m so angry with myself and panicking that this is now going to take months to resolve. Which will mean missing out on the 20% top up in the interim too.
Google hasn’t been very helpful :-(
