Searching for wrap around care

We've recently moved areas and my son is in a new primary school. Previously he was in breakfast and after school club as I work full time. He has additional needs and has an EHCP.
The wrap around care at his new school is full and I am really struggling to find a Nanny for him. I tried a childminder but decided it's simply not the right environment for my son.
I've posted on childcare.co.uk, in a few local childcare Facebook groups and messaged loads of Nannie's to no avail.
I need to go back to work full time, I'm a single parent and work a train commute away.
It's really stressful and I can't afford nanny agency fees, I'm simply not in that financial bracket to pay for that on top of the childcare costs.
Any advice? Anything I haven't thought of about where to look or advertise?

Perhaps try a different childminder? Going down the nanny route is always going to be more expensive unless you can do a nanny share of sorts. I would have thought that a childminder is the perfect middle ground between a group setting and a nanny.

I've been paying nanny level childcare fees anyway as I've had to pay for 121 for my son in his previous setting. Even if a childminder was an option, there aren't any that pick up from his school, I've been told that but multiple childminders in the area!
