Hi Nick i remember you from the Nj days. I just feel that there is too much b**ing and 'sticking together' over there so been lurking in here a while so thought why not!!

Im in the North been a nanny nearly 12yrs. I love my job and im very happy where i am-they love me too so we're all happy!!

I love Nj v helpful but alot of childish comments and nit picking which i think is abit sad and pointless on a msg board.

agree NJ can be a bit childish over some posts at times , but it also gives some good advice over others - NJ is maninly for nannies and they will go on there to vent about their jobs, just as mums/employers will vent on here about their nannies - swings and roundabout tbh

i feel that both nannies and mums should be able to post on both boards without ww3 starting - esp if someone asks for advice/opinion - it is good to have opinions of both mums/nannies and employers

Yeah im much more likely to offer adive opinion when topic is about something i know but some threads just seem pointless (to me) so i give them a wide berth!
Personally i rarely comment on my job as i think some things shouldnt be discussed.
