I worked self employed (obvisouly!) and i work for tesco at the weekends. I had to take some time off from both when i had the miscarriage. just had letter from tesco to say i don't earn enough to claim ssp from them so they have sent me a form for incapicity benefit. i beleive i can claim it for the self employed money i lost too? is this so and how do i go about claiming it? have got a from but only space for one employer ie. tesco!

please help!

Hi

I think that you have to be incapacitated for six months or more to claim IC benefit. Perhaps someone else can confirm though...
