Catalan nanny in London

Probably a bit of a stretch, but does anyone know how I could find a Catalan nanny in London? I speak to my baby in Catalan but I would want the nanny to speak to her in Spanish but still understand when I talk to the baby, if that makes sense?

Can anyone recommend an agency, or even someone specifically?

Make sure you tell the agency to consider candidates from Valencia, Castellon, Mallorca.... it won't always be obvious to them that all those understand Catalan as well
