Confidentiality clauses for families and nannies

I've thought about this a bit recently, due to issues that have come up on mumsnet (and nannyjob) about discussing your boss/nanny. Obviously, people like to have somewhere where they can complain, get advice etc but I think if I saw boss discussing details about me on the internet I'd be so upset, and there would be a real strain put on our working relationship. Presumably parents would be equally miffed to see their nanny discussing them or their children online. Many nanny contracts do already have confidentiality clauses aiming to protect the family, but would/do any parents agree not to discuss the nanny on the internet too?

never thought about it tbh but a good point

on NJ obviously nannies talk about their employers/charges but gen dont name them, or just use an inital for the child and mb/db

if you did sign a conf clause and mentioned a prob about your mb/job on a public forum board, would you be breaking it?
