Post natal doula North London

Does anyone have a recommendation for a post natal doula in North London? We are between Archway and Highgate and are expecting our second baby in March. We want someone to help with cooking, light housework and holding the baby so we can take a nap in the first few weeks.

If you have any recommendations (either re specific people or tips for finding the right person) would love to hear them.

I'm not sure that type of doula exists in the UK. Doulas don't really do housework here.

You basically want a temporary mother's help who has some newborn experience.

I'd ring a local nanny agency and ask them.
