Unacceptable behaviour at Summer clubs

I have paid for my 3 kids to attend 2 weeks of summer camp at their local school, their friends are attending and it's run by a teacher they all like...great.
Except there is a child there that is known to us (in the class of one of my kids) that is (IMO) very violent. He has additional needs (sensory, but I think it goes deeper than that). He hit a child with a tennis racket, made a kid 3 years older than him cry as he hit him so hard in the arm, pushed multiple kids off a bench… and this was just yesterday.
When I picked my kids up yesterday I overheard the teacher telling his parent that he would have a day ban (today) due to his behaviour. The teacher had told this to the kids during the day as well as my 3 came home excited that the child wouldn’t be in camp the next day. Low and behold there he was again at drop off this morning.
Whilst I honestly do feel for the childs parents who need the childcare and respite, I don’t think the other children are being considered enough and it is becoming a safe guarding issue. My kids are also now hate going, but myself and my husband are relying on the childcare as we both work full time.
I’d like some advice on how to tackle this with the leader, who is also the kids PE teacher.Any advice would be appreciated.

Ask the teacher if there is a 1:1 for that child, and if not why not.
