I can't be bothered to look on the net to find phone number of jobcentreplus to go through loads of questions to ask this one thing so hoping you can help....
What do you put on the questions:
What date did you start your maternity leave?
What date do you want your Maternity Allowance to be paid from?
I haven't started maternity leave yet (obviously!) so confused about what to put??? Do I just put the date I plan to?
Basically, my last day is arranged to be 6th June, therefore my first day of actual Maternity Leave will be 9th June. I want my payments to include from that time.
There isn't a section for when I plan to return so not sure how to make sure I don't get paid once I'm back working? Shall I just put the dates in the 'other info' section?
