I'm nearing the end of buying our first house, it's all come to a halt, I need to have exchange contracts and get a completion date by Friday, to complete by the 26th, otherwise we are homeless by the 28th because the letting agents have told another couple they can move in to our house on the 29th, despite their promises to us that there is no rush!!
Abbey keep getting the figures on the mortgage offer wrong and the chances of them getting the new and correct one out to us tomorrow is slim. The seller needs to get answers to our enquiries to my solicitor tomorrow and no-one can get hold of him
I feel so stressed I feel like my chest is going to explode!!
So if anyone out there has any good luck vibes they want to send my way, or any encouraging words of wisdom about how I might, by some miracle, get all this done by Friday and keep a roof over our heads, please send them over!!
