I'm not surprised she made a complaint. Courses aimed at parents, need to be considerate that parents have children.

I am very surprised by that! When doing my course we had a woman with a very new baby. Her mother looked after the baby in a room next door and the mum popped out to feed the baby as needed.

Shame on them!

That is terrible, makes me realise me local authority are quite good - usually have choices of times for each course and creches available.

Glad your friend made a complaint as it may ake them rethink things, it's nice that her mum is supportive too.

OMG, I be f*ing furious too!!! How dare they, especially a course all to do with children/families!!! I hope the person to blame gets in serious trouble for it!!!

She wasnt in North Dorset was she, they seem to do everything to be difficult here.

Stupid people! Trouble is alot of the Instructors are straight out of uni, and have never even been near a child, let alone actually having one.

we had one here who had NO CHILDCARE qualifications, just business ones!

that is terrible . On my childminding course we had a lady who was breastfeeding and had the baby with her the whole time. In fact we took it in turns to give the baby cuddles!!! It was never a problem as far as our tutor was concerned.
