After a loooooong time looking, and much wailing on this topic, I have yesterday had 2 cvs from potential nannies, both look very good and have excellent references.

I am going to hopefully see them both next week, so can everyone please cross everything that at least one of them is good enough and doesn't then accept a f/t job elsewhere (as two others have done before).

sea! No gerbils mentioned so far, no...

They are actually both from an agency and I made the gerbil un-friendly nature of the role crystal clear from the beginning, so hopefully no misunderstandings about there being space for a cage/extra straw available...

hope at least one of them is perfect!
