Hi. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with the TFC account or can offer any wisdom. We have been using it for years for both our children. I have paid one set of nursery fees into it on Friday for our eldest child and it's worked fine, accepted the payment and the top up has been allocated. Attempted to pay in the fees for our younger child and it's just automatically refunding the payment. I have tried paying it by bank transfer and by debit card and each time it takes the payment and automatically refunds it, I have tried seven times now since Friday . I'm at my wits end with it. Have been trying to call them all day but I'm just on hold for what feels like forever and then it cuts out.
