searching high and low for arabic speaking babysitter/nanny

hi.....i am looking for a wonderful arabic speaking lady who may be interested in doing on/off babysitting for my two sons. I would also be interested at a later stage to engage this person as a nanny. thank you

I would suggest posting an advert on Gumtree.com - also consider contacting local arabic community organisations (not sure what exists) but community groups may know of people who are great with children and who speak arabic.
