Ooooh, glad I let you in first Rose as that sounds like the sort of breakfast I need right now!! Well, minus the pate anyway!! Thanks

Sounds like a lovely day ahead for you Rose.

DD and mindee1 are currently playing really nicely with the wedgits. DD is trying to teach mindee all the colours, bless her! Waiting for mindee 2 to arrive. My friend and her DS are coming over aswell. Good job the weather is nice as they can all go in the garden! Also going to make handprint lambs! All to go with our farm theme after going on Monday!

Really really hoping that mindee2 might be coming to be full time. It probably won't happen, but would be lovely to have mindee full time as we did last week and we did so many lovely things

Hope everyone has a lovely day

vInTaGeVioLeT · 09/04/2008 09:56

the sun is shining so i'm going grab a shower get dressed and do some housework!!!

BoysAreLikeDogs · 09/04/2008 11:00

southernbelle77 · 09/04/2008 12:21

Well we have been busy this morning! We have done out handprint lambs - Here

We have also been to the park to feed the ducks and play at the swings.

We have now come home for lunch before dd's friends comes over! Then it's in the garden for the lot of them

MaureenMLove · 09/04/2008 15:39

Lonelyyyyy, I am so lonelyyyy! I've got no one to talk to, so I thought I'd come and bother you. I will leave you in peace one day, but not just yet!

Nearly finished the loft. Just waiting for DH to get home, so I can get back up there. Because of all the space, I've managed to clear my bedroom and Ive actually got room in my wardrobe for my shoes! I'm going to go to Argos and buy myself a shoe rack later, so I can see just how many I've bought in the last two months!

Just managed to get rid of the last cm bits. One of my mums has just been round with a beautiful pressie for me and I gave her all the dressing up stuff for her neice! Just trying to sell buggie, double buggy, car seat and pram now! Then its all gone!

ROSEgarden · 09/04/2008 15:44

Hi All...back from our day out..we also fitted in a fun workshop we stumbled upon in the park were dd and older mindee made gorgeous masks with jewels and feathers etc then another of an animal face..they loved it...museum was fab but some cantakerous old gits in there and i almost lost my rag(pushing dd and mindee out of way to get in then blocking me and buggy in
just gt back in now, mindee baby is asleep and dd and older mindee playing 'quietly'.. wonder how long that will last!..older mindeee going home in 15 mins, then last mindee at 5.15..been a ncie day today..bought them all something from the gift shop(nothing to do with the museum tho!..a stick that makes a funny noise when you turn it upside down! and dd chose a rainbow coloured note book!..good job i took my purse!

Anyway, off to sort mindee out for home time, catch you all later.

have left some fresh cram fruit scones on the table with little pots of jam..nice cuppa tea in the pot and homemade lemonaid for those who have been running around like me and need a breather!.x

Cream scones obv!..Mo, no one on ehre after a double buggy?

OP posts:
vInTaGeVioLeT · 09/04/2008 15:55

mmm. . . what type of buggy's you selling mo?

MaureenMLove · 09/04/2008 16:44

Hi girls. Both the buggies are fold flat ones, not ideal for minding purposes tbh. The single one was a cheapy one just to get me througt the last couple of months, because the old one had had it! The double is fine, but its really big and cumbersome, because again its a fold flat one, not umbrella fold. It was the only one I was allowed to buy with my grant 8 years ago! Still almost new though. I defected to Netmums for a local sale and I thought it would cost a fortune to get anywhere near you lot anyway!

Just had an e-mail from ElleanorsMum, she's popping in tomorrow for the sandpit! She sounds ok, as much as you can on an e-mail! This will be my first ever meet! I haven't done that since Sunday and I look like I've been dug up!

crace · 09/04/2008 17:33

Groan... just groan.

I haven't much to contribute I am afraid so not been in staff room. Scraping by is taking all the energy I have. Moan moan moan- nothing new from me though eh!?

Keeping an eye on you lot tho

southernbelle77 · 09/04/2008 17:49

Awwwwwww bliss! That's me done for the week

No mindees tomorrow as swapped days so just me and dd! How lovely it will be as it's be soooooo long and I think she could really do with a day of no mindees here. We are going round to a friend of dd's from preschool (whose mum I get on really well with so that's good!) so I think she will have a lovely day. I'm looking forward to it to be honest. She is definitely attention seeking with her behaviour (unrelated to the botty probs, lol!) - not in a negative way as such, but always wanting me to do things just with her, so it will be nice for us both.

On Friday she is going to mil so I am going to go and do some gardening where mum is resting (hate using the word 'grave' but that is what I mean for anyone who is confused!) as it's needs some tidying up and I want to do it before dad gets back from Goa and has a chance!! Mum and I always had the same taste which was slightly different to dads, lol!

Hope you're ok Crace - hugs.

Glad EM is sounding ok Mo. It will be nice for you to meet her

Glad you had a nice day Rose

BoysAreLikeDogs · 09/04/2008 18:00

Crace, chin up love

Hope you all had a good day

crace · 09/04/2008 19:10

Cheers my dears... I am just so damn huge and uncomfortable and everything HURTS from clearing up and playing with lo's all day.

I will take a pic once I charge up camera - bump defies laws of physics - I am only 32.5 weeks!

DH is also away for a week back to MY home for his immigration requirements but I want to go home too I can't help but feel a bit put out by it - if I wasn't knocked up I would have gone with him. Aw well.

mumlove · 09/04/2008 19:51

Evening everyone,
Glad schools have gone back because after having yet another cold and cough for 2 weeks I have now got a throat infection and feel awlful.
Just put DD to bed so I am going to have a read through to see what you have all been up to, then take some paracetamol before getting an early night.

See you tomorrow.

ROSEgarden · 09/04/2008 20:24
