Hi we currently use a nursery for our DS (2), my partner is going back to uni in September full time. Does anyone know if we still will be able to get tax free childcare? We are ineligible for the childcare grant as I earn £23k.

Actually sorry, no you don't unless they will still meet the minimum earnings threshold which is £183/week.
