Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I think once you are registered as a child minder you are self-employed so can work whatever hours you choose, as long as you find mindees to suit those hours.

KatyMac · 04/04/2008 17:12

Only if you get parents who want those days

BoysAreLikeDogs · 04/04/2008 17:16

Yes, you can work hours to suit you, but bear in mind that this may limit your prospective pool of parents IYSWIM.

I work Mon-Thurs, have turned down Fridays many times because I do paperwork/prep/banking/doc/hairdresser/loaf on MN

Round here work is plentiful for CM's i decided i only wanted to work Tues, wed thurs mornings for a while and now am doing tues, wed ,thurs til 5pm - that's the great thing about it, you can do as you please

Like BoysAreLikeDogs I have plenty of time for paperwork and my own DC but offer myself up for extra minding or babysitting when i need more cash
