No, you would remember! It's Fab. A must have with cream and vanilla ice cream. Gorgeous

crace · 03/04/2008 13:50

(Makes note to go to Mo's at firework time)

southernbelle77 · 03/04/2008 16:40

I'm pooped!! We've been out and about all day! It's been great, but somewhat tiring too.

DD likes strawberry jam on her pancakes! Lemon and sugar all the way for me!

Pumpkin ravioli is nice, but never tried pumpkin pie. Always sound revolting but then so does marmite and peanut butter on toast but that's lovely

God, that sounds really gross!

I've got one mindee left! / Got him for tomorrow afternoon, early finish for school holidays and then one day next week. At least he's 8 and we can go somewhere interesting. We have a Roman fort/ruins nearby, so I think I'll take him there. He's never been.

southernbelle77 · 03/04/2008 16:47

Seriously, if you like marmite, and you like peanut butter, you HAVE to try them together!! Not too much peanut butter though, that would be really sickly!!

crace · 03/04/2008 17:19

Pumpkin pie is not gross! Marmite, however, blerch - no thanks.

Though, my son who is also american and dd loves the stuff. DD is half english so I get that, but my ds??

MaureenMLove · 03/04/2008 17:35

I meant the marmite and peanut butter. I'll try anything me. I'll be asking for a good recipe in October time!

Now then, problem! I've got no water. The whole street has no water. DH is filthy dirty in the garden and I badly need to wash my hair before I go out after mindee has gone home. AND I ran out of wetwipes yesterday, so mindee can't clean his mucky face, once he's finished his tea!

crace · 03/04/2008 17:52

Oh no, what's the deal?

looneytune · 03/04/2008 18:09

How come no water Mo?

I'm off to bung some bread in toaster. I HAVE to try this marmite and peanut butter mix, it's a new one for me!! I've recently been into marmite and honey - yum!

MaureenMLove · 03/04/2008 18:15

oh and ahs any one managed to carry on as norm CM'ing whilst having no/very little kitchen avaialble??/

I have Crace, last year I managed (God knows how!) to cmind while my kitchen was ripped out and I lived with the fridge, mwave and everything on one table! It only took 3 weeks but felt like an eternity.

Well, have had an absolute sh** week, the 3 kids I have taken on are an absolute nightmare, 2 of the brothers fight ALL the time, even my 6 yr old ds asked them why they fight non-stop and its wearing my patience very thin.

Does anyone else have trouble with siblings? £200 doesn't sound enough for the stress they are causing, will have to have word with Mum and dad, if this behaviour doesn't stop, will have to either let them go or enforce very strict rules. Its not fair on my ds as he misses out on trips if they are naughty. Any ideas?

vInTaGeVioLeT · 03/04/2008 23:58

mum2luke - oh dear i'd give notice.
