What is this rash/dry skin

DD4 has had this for weeks now. Pharmacist suggested some cream but it hasn't worked.

I have logged several calls with the GP but as yet no reply.

It doesn't bother her, but doesn't look great. I think a new patch is coming on her top lip.

It's where she licks. Have you noticed her doing it?

I think that might be ringworm. I can see a second patch too above her lip.

@perimumma you've posted in childcare though, if you report your post and ask it to be moved to children's health, you'll get more responses. They seem to be good with rashes on there.

Pretty sure it's not ring worm, impetigo maybe?

GP has finally come back, they think it's impetigo and we have got some medicine.
