After school nanny/ mother's help wanted 2-3 days in REIGATE, Surrey.

Looking for an experienced nanny/ mother's help or similar to look after our two boys age 8 and 6 between about 3 pm and 6 pm on 2 or 3 afternoons a week (we can be flexible about which days).

Need someone who can oversee homework/ friends round/ tea/ playing etc.

Need a driver, ideally with own car, as it will involve the school pick-up, and possibly pick ups from friends/ clubs.

We could also offer more hours to do childrens ironing and change beds, tidy their rooms, as well as possible extra hours during school holidays, if you wanted.

Hello - I have found two such people from Gumtree - you have probably already tried - but if not maybe worth a go. My requirement is exactly the same and this time around I had 4 serious replies - I have taken someone with their own baby - which is not proving an issue at all - and the majority of the replies I received for this type of work were nannies with children looking for part time hours. We also know someone who has employed a Nanny who arrives early and does housework and help before collection - she brings her own child on the other days and this seems to work out well also. Thanks whichwitch - I'm not sure if there's a Gumtree near me. I've put an ad in the newsagents, but no luck so far.
