14 week old struggles to poop

My little one is 14 weeks old and has always struggled to poo. It’s not constipation as, when he does manage to poo, it is the consistency you would expect of a baby. He does a good amount of wet nappies throughout the day and seems happy enough, apart from when he needs to poo and then we just get relentless grunting 🫠🫠🫠 at the moment it is through the night which is affecting his sleep. During the day, we try massage, bicycle kicks, bending and straightening the legs, even sitting in a ‘poo position’ when knees bent and high. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t! I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that has helped with their little ones? He doesn’t like gripe water and will not take it at all. I have seen various drops but just wanted to get some other opinions. He is solely breastfed. Thanks in advance!

Google the I love you massage - my dd was doing the exact same thing, I now do that once a day, she does a couple of big farts during and within 15 mins she does her poo!
