Do you have your childcare sorted for September??

I'm a childminder and have had a huge amount of enquiries in the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately I'm full and so are the other cms i know. I also saw GMB this morning and they were reporting government advice to start looking now, whilst adding that there is a huge shortage of childcare places.

Even in a normal year I would have my September spaces filled around now, with the new funding being rolled out this is going to be manic!

If you are new to childcare and looking for a space this year, have you found one and secured it?

I've had 2 more enquiries this morning. I'm really concerned people don't fully understand the lack of spaces crisis and people are going to be really stuck if they don't get themselves on waiting lists and start thinking about plan B options.
