CHILDMINDER (and advice) NEEDED IN E10

DS will need a childminder in October when I go back to work 4 days pw. He will be 9 ms old. Anyone out there? Also: advice needed: DD (2.5 yrs) is at private nursery 3 days pw currently. It's Ok. She used to be w childminder who was great but had to stop for personal reasons. Shld I look for childminder for both??? Or leave DD where she is settled? TIA.
