Hi all, My first post on here. My partner and I are seeking a Nanny/house keeper. We are away frequently overnight for work and need overnight care for our two daughters 12 & 16. I don't know where to start looking. Any guidance greatly received. Thank you

I would use Childcare.co.uk and write a detailed profile, with photo.
Be clear on the ages of your children and what the role involves. Perhaps give an example of start time, finish time and how much you expect to pay.
