My son was hurt at school

My son was at school and got hit around the side of his head with a tennis racket . The teachers didn't tell me. His ear was massive and red and had blood on. What should I do

Complain and ask why you weren’t told when you collected him.

Ask to see their policy on contacting parents when injured. If that wasn’t followed ask to file a complaint
