Does anybody know how the EYPP works in terms of eligibility? My income is up and down across the year, and as a single parent to my 2yo I receive universal credit as a top up to my wage. My income will be zero in the month prior to my daughter starting her pre-school year but will then increase and fluctuate again. Does this mean she will be eligible for the EYPP? As it meant I was eligible for the 2yo 15 hours as my income was zero during that month. It just makes a difference as the costs on top of the 15/30 free hours vary wildly according to whether the child receives EYPP. Thanks all!
