Ofsted complaint at pre school

Hello
does anyone know where I can find the details of a complaint made against a nearby pre school?
I have found (on the ofsted website) the report written in response to the complaint but the wording is fairly high level and I would like to know specifically what the issues were / are if possible.
I am going to ask the manager today but if anyone had any other pointers they would be great.

The pre-school themselves are really the only ones you can ask. And it kind of depends on what the complaint is, and what information you're hoping to get. They can't share personal information with you, so it will have to be high level/generic to some degree. But if they're a good setting and want to reassure a prospective parent, they can hopefully explain what went wrong and what action they've taken to make things better. E.g. if it says ratios were not being maintained, then can they explain why that happened (trying to juggle staff illness, manager was on maternity leave, they were doing what they could but were caught short for one afternoon?) and what they do better now (have several bank staff available they can call on at short notice?). Or not all staff knew what do to if there was a safeguarding concern - everyone has now done a full refresher course and they regularly spot-check staff knowledge. But if the complaint was about a specific incident or an allegation against a member of staff, something like that is hard to get into without talking about personal information. Best they could do is say they had an issue, action was taken and that member of staff no longer works there.
