Hi
We use Tax Nanny Payroll Services that only cost us £109 for 12 months (no complaints from us) I believe Nannytax charge £260 and Nannypaye £170, there is also Nannywage at only £141 and PAYE for Nannies at £135 per annum.
So lots to choose from, with a wide range of prices. Or you could ask your account, mine offered to do it for £500.....Mad or what!

nannypaye has a reasonable reputation.
The thing you need to establish with any payroll company, is how much they know about people working in multiple jobs, splitting tax code, that sort of thing... as your employee will probably have another job to go along with your 1 day per week.
You could always do it yourself... if you are paying the same wage every month, then it's not that hard to process the payroll using the tools provided by HMRC. P49 is handy for reference as it talks you though doing the first payroll run.
