Parents in denial?

Hello, long term lurker, first time poster.
I often work at summer camps during the holidays for a little more income and have a great time. However, there are always a few incidents of WOW behaviour each year, children threatening to kill the staff/other children, swearing, throwing chairs around etc.
I want to make it clear these children don’t have any SEN diagnoses, but what is always most concerning is when the parents are told they are in total denial about it?
I suppose I’m curious about other people’s experiences with similar incidents!

Perhaps there’s just more kids with SEN than you realise 🤷🏼‍♀️

Kids can display bad behaviour without there being any SEN need.

Yes, parents are often in denial about their children's behaviour.

I would start refusing to have those children if they can't behave and tell parents why
