Sorry, I don't know any minders around there, but, I will have a vacancy from September if she's able to travel? In which area does she work? I'm within easy reach of both major hospitals

she works in the city centre - i think she would drop-off and dp would pick-up - so i think she was looking for someone local really - i told her i thought it more likely she'd find vacancies from sept/new term.

Henni - do you charge p/h or per session?

Hi, I charge per hour. I am not too far away from the city centre, it depends which side she works on tho'. she might be better having childcare closer to work rather than near home in case of emergencies as it can be a pain to get out of the city at times (although I'm sure she knows that!)

thanks for your replies henni i will let my friend know that i've met a R/L childminder in her general area!!!!
not sure what she will decide but i've tried to put her off nurseries - i don't know why but i hate the idea of nursery babyrooms.
