Struggling with B23 paperwork again...help me?

My network co-ordinator was round again & wasn't very supportive of the work we have been doing with B23.....apparently we have the observations down OK but we aren't planning very well

Any helpful suggestions?

Not sure - everyone sends me emails without their MN name so I get lost, I only have a small brain

Did your co-ordinator give you examples of good planning practice so you have an idea what she is looking for?

Can't help I'm afraid as I would rather not try!! I have enough on, they will want me writing down step by step planning and obs of making a cup of tea that goes cold soon including risk assessments and performance evaluation!

The co-ordinator said stuff about haveing the children names on the wall (yeah right where I don't have any wall space left) and chooseing next steps for them
