Tax Free childcare rules

I'm booking a holiday cap for my 11 year old daughter (year 6 going in to year 7).

The company accepts tax free childcare so I tried to add my daughter to my account - her birthday is 1st September 2011 and it seems to not allow me to add her saying she is 12 (she's not 12 shes defo 11).

Per the gov.uk website:
Your child must be 11 or under and usually live with you. They stop being eligible on 1 September after their 11th birthday. - last September 1st WAS her 11th birthday and this wording seems the same as sports groups and years at school which should put her in line with the rest of year 6 and eligible

Has anyone seen this error before and got anywhere with it wondering if it's worth waiting or just booking and paying now
