Tumble Tots do a great one and I think there is another fabulous one - something like My First DVD/CD.

I like the Makaton one. It is suitable for children without special needs, as well as children who are learning Makaton sign lanugage. It was produced on VHS at least 10 years ago, but recently it has appeared on DVD.
The first half is set on a farm (Finkley Down for those wondering where it was filmed) and the second half at a school (filmed in Farnborough, Hampshire).
