Babysitters - do you round up to the nearest hour?

If say they arrive at 7 and you get back at 11.15 do yoy pay them for 5 hours? We always do...but think we might be being over-generous!

Families I babysit for, round up to the nearest hour.

I use an agency and we have to pay to the quarter hour.

I would pay an extra half an hour in that situation. If it was closer to 11.25 or 11.30 I would probably give an whole hour. i think you are quite generous but that's lovely for the babysitters, means they are more likely to say yes to you I suppose the next time!
