We are in the process of setting up a childminder and wanted a guide on contracts. Does anyone else have to may a minimum charge for a before and after schooler, or for a child who is there full time in the day? Our childminder is just in the process of registering so only has the experience of her own children, no references and no ofsted report yet - would you therefore try to influence their rates? Any advice appreciated thanks.
