how much should i expect to pay a CM?

i don't mind paying for a good one

do i have to provide dds meals for the cm? and things like nappies wipes and cream?

look on this put your postcode in and it will bring up CMers and what they charge locally.

I ask for parents to provide nappies but i provide all meals from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.... I include this in my price. Some childminders like you to provide all food x

i pay 2.50 an hour.i send ds with packed lunch but he gets snacks provided.he was taking nappies etc but now takes pants as hes a big man now

It all depends on where you live/work and supply and demand. The demand is very high here in my part of Herts, the nurseries are all full and so are most childminders.

I am mentoring new childminders who are charging £6 an hour.
